Warehouse Clerk Snelling - Houston, TX Snelling
Full time Warehouse opportunity with a major distributor in North Houston who is consistently ranked as one of Houston’s best places to work! Our client is looking multiple individuals to become an integral part of their shipping and receiving team!
Pay: $11.00 hourly
Shift: 2nd, 2pm-11pm
Location: North Houston, 249 and Beltway 8
General duties include:
- Follow shipping schedule and meet departmental and company goals.
- Pull and pack orders
- Verify shipping paperwork with drivers
- Manually unload freight.
- Examine outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.
- Maintain records of inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
Job Requirements:
- Computer skills, should be comfortable documenting inventory and creating labels.
- Prior warehousing experience a strong plus
- Work up to 10-hour shifts.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to solve problems and prevent conflicts.
- Stable and current work history; demonstrating the ability to stay at a job for more than 12 months is desirable.
