Candidates should have experience setting up and operating machines in heavy fabrication environments.
- Pay: 15.00 hr.
- Shift: 2nd shift, 3:00pm-12:00am
- Must be flexible to work OT, as it occurs regularly.
- Location: East Houston, 77015
This position will work within a steel fabrication / shop environment around large equipment and machinery helping to measure, cut materials, load, and fully operate the machines.
The job responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive.
Work extra hours and weekends when required to meet deadlines and delivery expectations.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of industrial steel fabrication operation
- Previous experience operating and setting up flat steel cutting/manipulation machines
- 1 year of recent Overhead Crane experience
- MUST be able to work 2nd shift.
- Physically able to perform the mechanical duties required which includes lifting as much as forty-five to fifty pounds.
