Pay: $28 to $34/hr.

1st shift (7am – 3:30pm)

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of skilled and semi-skilled industrial maintenance workers that are responsible for the overall maintenance of the entire manufacturing.

Core job functions include;

• Organizing work flow
• Coordinating work activities
• Help with PM’s and troubleshooting as necessary
• Reviewing maintenance schedules
• Set goals and deadlines for the production department
• Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure and well-maintained
• Oversee the disposal of unused/off grade materials under proper federal and state/local guidelines
• Help monitor inventories
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements;

• Must have a High School Diploma, trade school or training preferred
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of related industrial maintenance experience working within a similar industrial / manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong computer skills including the ability to prepare spreadsheets and use Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or Access) to analyze data and trends.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical / electrical equipment.
