Multiple Direct Hire Opportunities: An international manufacturer of skid-mounted process systems is seeking multiple subarc welders to become an integral part of their production team! These individuals will use primarily Mig and Flux to fabricate high pressure units and vessels for the oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints/schematics to assist in fitting and welding of product.
• Tack-welds scrap metal to outline to provide support for assembly.
• Utilize subarc welder to fabricate vessels and pump units.
• All welds should be able to pass x-ray and bend.
• Must be willing and able to assist with fitups

Shift: 1st Shift, 6am-4pm (OT can occur regularly)

Pay: $23-$28/hr.

Location: NW Houston

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of previous experience as a sub arc welder
• Familiarity with welding tools and procedures on vessels
• Knowledge of mig and fluxcore preferred
• Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics
• Ability to handle physical workload
