Direct Hire opportunity with an international custom fabrication company that provides high quality process equipment to customers and throughout the Gulf Coast region.

Compensation:

$40,000 to $50,000 base salary (depending upon experience)

Quarterly Commission and comprehensive benefits (total comp. in 1st year can exceed $60k)

The Inside Sales Representative provides direct support to the company’s customers, as well as assisting outside sales staff in the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers. In addition, this position is responsible for determining customer requirements and providing quotes for products.

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

• Determine customer requirements
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding availability of products with current stock status or lead times
• Provide product quotes and follow up with customers
• Complete order entry process for requested products
• Assist outside sales with order entry and quoting products
• Process requests for repairs and product returns
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Preferably at least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic mathematics
• Strong problem-solving skills
