Snelling Houston specializes in recruiting for a variety of roles, from administrative to industrial in nature. Some examples include manufacturing, logistics, customer service, sales, engineering, and legal. 

What to expect in an interview

Once your interview has been confirmed, you can expect to complete some application paperwork (digitally). Interviews dive into technical skills, experience, soft skills, you name it! Don’t be shy, the best approach is to be forth-coming with information and transparent. It’s imperative that we get to know you!

Temp-to-Hire vs. Direct Hire

Each unique job search that we conduct typically falls into one of two categories; temp-to-hire (TTH) or direct hire (DH). With TTH you’re technically hired by Snelling even though you’re working onsite with our customer. With a DH you are hired on full time by our customer from day one. Both arrangements have their advantages! If you have questions, reach out to us.
