HR Admin Snelling - Houston, TX Snelling
We are working with a large international manufacturing company located in Southwest Houston (77085) that is seeking an HR/Recruiting Assistant to join their team. Pay is $14 to $16/hr, M-F 8:30am to 4:30pm. Temp to hire.
- working with staffing agencies to fill open requisitions
- conducting new hire orientation for new hires
- set up candidates in system
- review resumes for openings
- creating flyers for events
- other duties as assigned
– Administrative experience – approximately 2 years
- Ability to multitask with many high-priority tasks
- Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Self directed
- Ability to work with all levels of employee and management
- Strong time management skills and a sense of urgency
