Candidates should have experience working with resins, polymers, or rubber on a molding or press machine.

• Pay: $15.00 Hourly
• Shift: Both 1st and 2nd shift available
• Must be flexible to work OT, as it occurs regularly.

This position will work within a rubber seal fabrication / shop environment around large equipment and machinery helping to mold and cut materials, load, set up, and fully operate the machines.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of industrial mold/press machine operation preferred
• 1 year of recent Overhead Crane experience
• Willingness to start in an entry position and be trained on new machinery to build knowledge in an area with excellent growth potential.
• Motivated and eager to learn all details within this specialized repair discipline.
• Physically able to perform the mechanical duties required which includes lifting as much as forty-five to fifty pounds.
