Direct Hire opportunity with a well-established and growing manufacturing firm located in NW Houston is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. Our client offers a strong company culture and a family friendly working environment.

Salary: $40,000 to $50,000

As a Project Coordinator, this individual will be coordinating with and assisting both internal and external customers on multiple projects at any given time. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Organizing and maintaining files
• Researching client records, gathering, summarizing and analyzing information regarding budgets, time-lines, materials, etc.
• Routine updating of client reference information
• Preparing routine and formal correspondence
• Coordinating with clients, consultants and other firm personnel, as needed

Job requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a professional office environment
• At least 1 years of similar experience in roles that required coordination with internal and external contacts
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office

Typical work hours: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
