Commission

This full-time role will support a tenured team of award winning Recruiters that are responsible for the sourcing, screening/interviewing, testing, and referring of applicants for clerical, technical, administrative and managerial positions across multiple industries throughout SE Texas along with other regions throughout the US.

Pay is dependent upon experience.

      • Average starting pay typically ranges from $14-$16/hr. plus monthly commission.

Office Hours: Mon-Fri; 8a-5p


The primary function of this role is to assist with all aspects of the sourcing and screening process to aid the overall successful processing of new job requisitions from inception to completion.

Required Education and Experience


  • At least two years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to multi task
  • A strong sense of urgency
